“Time consumes all living beings together with itself.”

We cannot freeze the passage of time, but we hold complete authority over our choices. Use each passing breath to nurture awareness and compassion.

Miscellaneous Wisdom

Anicacā vat saṅakhārā

Thai:

Deep insight into impermanence liberates the heart from panic when circumstances change. Freedom begins where clinging to permanence ends.

Miscellaneous Wisdom

Sababe dhamamā anatatā

Thai:
“All conditioned and unconditioned phenomena are not-self (impersonal).”

All suffering crystallizes the instant we project 'mine' onto changing phenomena. Recognizing Anattā unknots egoic tension, revealing boundless liberation.

Yādisṃ vapate bījṃ tādisṃ labhate phalaṅ

“As the seed sown, so is the fruit harvested.”

We author our destiny with each current thought and deed. Sow seeds of mindfulness, clarity, and kindness to reap a peaceful spiritual harvest.
